Hi all. . .

Had a bit of a session with the old lego at the weekend with the kids - (having kids is a great excuse to play with lego, remote control cars and toys in general)

Anyway my son and i were in battle to see who could make the biggest, baddest, and fastest vehicle. . . We both set to work, scrambling for the best bits to make big exhausts, spoilers etc. . . There was'nt a great deal of the 'awesome bits' left after my son and daughter raided the pile!

It was like an episode of scrapheap challenge - but with lego. . . I did the best i could with what was left and realized that i was never going to be able to compete with them so went off on a bit of a tangent - the result being a 'rascal-esque' type van! ! !

It was modeled on my brothers Rascal. . . . The hilarious thing was that when my kids saw the finished van, they got into squabble over who was going to 'race' with it! ! ! lol.

Its on the shelf at my computer desk now. . . I think it looks pretty cool! ? ! ? !

Think i may make a little animation of it transforming into a robot or something?

Anyway, just thought some of you may like to see these pics?

Haha cheers fellas . . . Not an exact replica by any means but enough elements in there to make it recognisable as a rascal.  Smiley  Had fun making it too!

If you want to be on the rascalenthusiasts google map. send me a pm with your postcode + real name, and i'll stick you on it. i am only making the map viewable by people who are on it.
It simply has your name and postcode on it. Nothing else!

That amounts to quite a pile of lego Rob! Wink
They would be more of a cult classic than best seller if they did exist in toy shop shelves i think. . . . Would be very cool to see though! ! !  Cheesy

Lego's website actually has a bit where you can design your own model. You download a program, design the model on your own pc, upload it back to Lego and buy it. They'll provide the bricks in the colour you want, print instructions, make a custom box for it and send it to you!!
