I think from what derek says that model has all the pollution gear and electronic ign ,cant see a fuel flap ?...ken

It may only be one owner but because it wasn't a private owner it hasn't been looked after. Same story with all commercial vehicles owned by large companies whose employees just don't give a stuff about them.
